About Us

Boards & Bubbles is a Denver, Colorado–based mobile charcuterie cart offering a perfect blend of elevated style and playful fun. We bring a beautifully styled, interactive grazing experience directly to your event—featuring 2 hours of unlimited, individually curated bites for each guest. Customizable boards include artisanal cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fruits, and curated accompaniments.

We proudly serve the Denver metro area and specialize in weddings, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds. Our service offers a dry hire option, meaning clients provide their own alcohol while we handle everything else with style and ease.

Mobile Charcuterie Cart

A full-service grazing cart with custom styling, 2 hours unlimited charcuterie service, premium ingredients, and on-site setup for weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Dry Hire Friendly

We offer a dry hire experience—clients supply their own alcohol while we provide the cart, food styling, service, and elevated presentation.

Pricing

Includes unlimited servings for two hours, featuring gourmet menu selections of your choice, fully customizable to fit your event theme and taste.

Artisan Cheeses

Dietary accommodations such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or nut-free options are available upon request.

Pricing

Pricing is based on guest count and includes 2 hours of unlimited charcuterie service. Includes cart setup, styling, and dedicated on site staff to asssist guests and continually replensish food items.

Classic Cart

Starting at $12 per guest

Includes 6 menu items: 1 cheese, 1 meat, seasonal fruits, crackers, and standard styling. Under 25 guests

Signature Cart

Starting at $20 per guest

Includes 12 menu items: 3 cheeses, 3 meats, premium accompaniments, and elevated styling.

Luxury Cart

Starting at $25+ per guest

Includes 12 menu items: dry hire service, specialty cheeses, artisanal meats, gourmet accompaniments, and custom styling.

Minimum guest count applies. Travel fees may apply outside the Denver metro area.

How Booking Works

Booking with Boards & Bubbles is easy, fun, and stress-free—just how we like our events ✨

1. Say Hello

Submit an inquiry with your event date, guest count, and location. We’ll confirm availability and send you all the delicious details.

2. Build Your Board

Choose your cheeses, meats, and accompaniments from our menu options. We’ll help you curate a spread that fits your vibe—fun, luxe, or both.

3. Secure Your Date

A signed agreement and a $200 booking fee are required to officially reserve your event date. This fee is applied toward your total balance.

4. Party Time

On event day, we arrive to style the cart, serve your guests, and bring the wow factor. Alcohol is client-provided as part of our dry hire service—sip, snack, and celebrate!

Do you provide alcohol?

We do not—Boards & Bubbles operates as a dry hire service. Clients provide their own alcohol while we handle the styling, service, and all the delicious bites.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you have a date! Popular weekends (especially wedding season) fill quickly.

Is there a minimum guest count?

Yes—minimums vary by package and event type. We’ll go over all details when you inquire.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! Vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options are available with advance notice.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Denver, Colorado metro area. Travel fees may apply outside the immediate metro.

How do I secure my date?
