What type of events do you do?

Anything! The mobile carts are versatile so they can accommodate any event. Baby showers, weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays, corporate events and open houses, we do it all.

Can the carts be used outside?

YES! The carts can be set up indoor or outdoor. We have an umbrella for outdoor use and since the carts are collapseable they can fit in any indoor space.

Do you offer grazing tables or charcuterie platters?

At this time, we offer holiday boards for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s etc. Boards & Bubbles specializes in serving individualized charcuterie boards from the cart. We do offer charcuterie cups which are another great option. If you would like a grazing table, please reach out and we can discuss options.

What type of drinks can you serve from your beverage cart?

We can serve anything from champagne and wine to mimosas and fancy mocktails. All beverage options include garnishments, juices, ice and cups/wine glasses.

What is a dry-hire bar?

We are a dry hire bar. This means we DO NOT provide the alcohol for your event but we do provide the bar cart, a bartender, disposables, garnishes, juices and ice.

How long do you stay at events?

4 hours maximum. This helps maintain the freshness of the food. Extra hours can be added on to the beverage cart for an additional cost.

Can you decorate the carts?

Standard decor is included and vase of flowers for the cart. Carts can be decorated based on your events theme, color, and style. We are happy to use any decor you provide and can individualize according to your needs.

Is there a minimum amount of people for cart services?

Yes, a 20 person minimum is required for the carts and server to set up for an event. For smaller events a 3-foot cart is available with 6 menu items for a lower price. Charcuterie cups are an option for smaller gatherings as well. Charcuterie cups can be delivered to your desired location.
